What each status means

• Received — We have your device and it’s in line.
• Diagnosing — Testing to find exactly what’s wrong.
• Waiting on approval — We need your OK on the written estimate before any work.
• Waiting on parts — A part is on order — we’ll call when it arrives.
• In progress — The work is underway.
• Ready for pickup — All done. Bring your claim ticket.
• Picked up — Back home with you.

Privacy: this page only shows a ticket number, its status, the date it was last updated, and a short note. It never shows names, phone numbers, or anything on your device.
