MasterTech About
MasterTech MultiMedia LLC is a West Virginia company built for real work — tech help and software that holds up when it counts, not just on a laptop.
Anthony R. Jenkins founded MasterTech after decades of hands-on trades work: tools, machines, systems, and the software that keeps the day moving when the network doesn’t.
From the firehouse to the trades
Aj Jenkins started in the fire department at 16 and became a multi-state certified firefighter — years of EMT and rescue work, with a book of certifications to show for it. That service taught him the only rule that still matters: when it’s on you, the job has to work the first time.
From there he went into the trades — vocational school, then years of general electrical and HVACR trades experience, working up through crew and foreman roles. That experience led to building the offline tools he wished he’d had on the tablet.
MasterTech MultiMedia LLC is the next chapter: computer troubleshooting and setup, custom PC planning and builds, network and smart home setup, offline-first software he licenses, and AI models he builds himself — still designed under real pressure, save-first, no fluff, A→B.
